The National Center for Educational Research and Development in Cairo, Egypt, is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural issue of the IJRED, a biannual, peer-reviewed, electronic scientific journal. The journal is dedicated to the exploration and dissemination of contemporary educational issues from across the globe, driven by the firm belief that education is the cornerstone for cultivating responsible citizens who can contribute to the development of advanced societies and the spread of civilization among nations.
