| Cancer mmunoelectrophoresis ( CIEP ) assay sed as quantitative method for detection of epsilin and Beta antitoxins in sera of vaccinated goats as compared with indirect enzyme linked unosorbent assay ( ELISA )in vitro and in Mouse protection test (SNT). For this reason tem of clostridial vaccines were inject- wee, ie revealed, good correlation between “SNT, ELISA _ and CIEP statistically. CIEP is ° quicker, easier, economic. it needs 30 min instead of 3 hrs in case of ELISA. Also it needs small amount of serum and avoid the use of laboratory animals | ||||
