Abstract | ||||
The apparently healthy experimental dogs were subjected to surgical induction of unilateral ureteral obstruction. Radiographic and utrasonographic changes of the related kidney was conducted in association with hematological and serum biochemical examinations. Hydronephrotic changes were observed obviously after one Week post operation. Release of ureteral ligation was conducted and attempts were made to follow up the restoration of normal kidney size and function at different time intervals. | ||||
