| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى معرفة معلمات التعليم العام لاستراتيجية التدريس المتمايز مع التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، والتعرف على مستوى استخدام استراتيجية التدريس المتمايز، والمعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام استراتيجية التدريس المتمايز والتعرف على المقترحات للتغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام معلمات التعليم العام لاستراتيجية التدريس المتمايز مع التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمات. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات التعليم العام بمدارس المرحلة الابتدائية الملحق بها برامج صعوبات التعلم بمدينة الرياض في والبالغ عددهن (469) معلمة. وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (60) معلمة. حيث قامت الباحثة بسؤال المعلمات الـ (60) فيما إذا كانوا قد سمعوا باستراتيجية التعليم المتمايز، فلم يجب سوى (20) معلمة منهم ب (نعم) أنهم سمعوا بالاستراتيجية وقد قامت الباحثة بإكمال المقابلة مع المعلمات الـ (20) فقط ممن سمعن بالاستراتيجية ويعرفون عنها. واستخدمت الدراسة المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ضعف عام في مدى معرفة معلمات التعليم العام باستراتيجية التعليم المتمايز كما أثبتت النتائج أن (8) من المعلمات يستخدمن الاستراتيجية بنسبة (40%) من المعلمات اللاتي يعرفن الاستراتيجية، كما أن هناك عدد من المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام المعلمات لاستراتيجية التدريس المتمايز منها معوقات متعلقة بشخصية المعلمة ومعوقات متعلقة بالبيئة الصفية ومعوقات متعلقة بأولياء الأمور ومعوقات متعلقة بالإدارة المدرسية. كما قدمت المعلمات عدد من المقترحات للتغلب على المعوقات ومنها: توفير الأدوات اللازمة للتطبيق، وإقامة ورش عمل للمعلمات لتدريبهن على استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز، وتقليل عدد الطالبات في الفصل الواحد بما يسمح بتطبيق الاستراتيجية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع المعلمات على توظيف استراتيجيات التدريس المناسبة لطلبتهم. The study aimed to identify the level of general education teachers’ knowledge of the differentiated teaching strategy with students with learning difficulty, to identify the level of use of the differentiated teaching strategy, the obstacles that prevent the use of the differentiated teaching strategy, and to identify proposals to overcome the obstacles that prevent general education teachers from using the teaching strategy. Differentiated with students with learning difficulty from the point of view of teachers. To achieve this goal, the study used the qualitative method. The study population consisted of all general education teachers in primary schools with learning disability programs in the city of Riyadh, numbering (469) teachers. The study sample consisted of (60) female teachers. The researcher asked the 60 teachers whether they had heard of the strategy of differentiated teaching. Only 20 of them answered “yes” that they had heard of the strategy. The researcher completed the interview with only the 20 teachers who had heard of the strategy and knew about it. The interview study was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample. The study found that there is a general weakness in the extent of female general education teachers’ knowledge of the differentiated instruction strategy. The results also demonstrated that (8) of the female teachers use the strategy, with a percentage of (40%) of the female teachers who know the strategy. There are also a number of obstacles that prevent female teachers from using the teaching strategy. The distinct ones include obstacles related to the teacher’s personality, obstacles related to the classroom environment, obstacles related to parents, and obstacles related to school administration. Teachers also presented a number of proposals to overcome obstacles, including: providing the necessary tools for application, holding workshops for teachers to train them on the differentiated education strategy, and reducing the number of female students in one class to allow for the strategy to be implemented. The study recommends the need to encourage teachers to employ appropriate teaching strategies for their students. | ||||
