Abstract | ||||
This study aimed to investigate the extent to which faculty members, from the perspective of students in the College of Basic Education in Kuwait, contribute to enhancing certain values among them. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and a 25-item questionnaire was developed and administered to a sample of 664 students from the College of Basic Education affiliated with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait. The results revealed that faculty members significantly contribute to fostering the values of citizenship, social responsibility, and integrity among students, with citizenship being perceived as the most strongly enhanced value, followed by social responsibility and integrity. However, no statistically significant differences were found in the extent to which faculty members contribute to these values based on the variables of gender, academic year, or specialization. The researchers recommended activating the role of the university education system in promoting values among students and faculty, and encouraging more activities and programs that foster these values. | ||||
