The research deals with special education and its problems, then deals with (fifteen visions) and the proposed solutions for each vision. First vision: Research map in special education. Second vision: Unifying special education terminology. Third vision: Using modern technologies, digital and visual technology in the rehabilitation of people with special needs. Fourth vision: Integration, its positives and negatives in special education. Fifth vision: Special education curricula: Sixth vision: Professional license for a special education teacher.
