| النوازل الفقهية المتعلقة بالإنصات لخطبة الجمعة في المسجد الحرام شجاع غازي العتيبي& لافي محمد العازمي قسم الدراسات الإسلامية، كلية التربية الأساسية، الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، دولة الكويت البريد الإلكتروني: shojaa23@gmail.com الملخـص: يتناول هذا البحث النوازل الفقهية المتعلقة بالإنصات لخطبة الجمعة في المسجد الحرام، وتوضيح الحكم الفقهي للإنصات لخطبة الجمعة. ويسعى البحث إلى بيان الأحكام الشرعية للنوازل المتعلقة بالإنصات لخطبة الجمعة في المسجد الحرام. وذلك بالاستناد على منهجي: الاستقراء والتحليل. وجاء البحث في مقدمة، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة تضمنت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، منها: وجوب الاستماع لخطبة الجمعة وتحريم الكلام والعبث في أثنائها، وجواز انشغال العاملين في المسجد الحرام في أثناء خطبة الجمعة بالأعمال التي فيها مصلحة عامة للمصلين. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: أوصي الباحثين في مجال الفقه بالبحث ودراسة الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمسجد الحرام. Jurisprudential Misfortunes related to Listening to The Friday Sermon in the Holy Mosque By: Shujaa Ghazi Al-Otaibi & Lafi Muhammad Al-Azmi Department of Islamic Studies College of Basic Education The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training State of Kuwait Email: shojaa23@gmail.com Abstract: This research paper displays jurisprudential misfortunes related to listening to the Friday sermon in the Holy Mosque, and clarifying the jurisprudential provision of listening to the Friday sermon. The research paper is keen on exposing the jurisprudential provisions of misfortunes related to listening to the Friday sermon in the Holy Mosque. This paper has applied the inductive and analytical approaches. This research paper includes an introduction, six research requests, and a conclusion that contained the most important findings and recommendations of the paper. One of those findings is that listening to the Friday sermon is obligatory and it is prohibited to talk or fool around during it. It is also permissible for the workers of the Holy Mosque to be engaged with work during the Friday sermon since that work is of public interest for the worshippers. The most important recommendations of the research paper include searching into the jurisprudential provisions related to the Holy Mosque. | ||||
