| Abstract | ||||
| لا شك أن طالب الجامعة محملاً بكثير من الأعباء، والتي تشمل أداء مجموعة متنوعة من المهام المعقدة والمتباينة في أولوياتها فالحياة أشبه بمعركة عنيفة محكومين بخوضها؛ حيث لا يمكن تجنبها أو تجاهلها، ولا بد من مواجهتها بكل قوة لنعيش حياتنا بسعادة وهناء؛ لذا هدف البحث الحالي إلى التالي: دراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الأولويات بأبعادها الثلاثة (الأولويات الشخصية، الأولويات الأسرية، الأولويات الأكاديمية) والهناء الشخصي بمحوريه (الرضا عن الحياة، الوجدان الإيجابي) لدى عينة من الشباب الجامعي. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (382) من الشباب الجامعي من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية، وطبقت عليهم أدوات البحث المكونة من استمارة البيانات العامة للشباب الجامعي وأسرهم، استبيان إدارة الاولويات بأبعاده، استبيان الهناء الشخصي بمحوريه. وبعد تجميع هذه البيانات تم تصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة ببرنامج Spss ، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث ما يلي : وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين إدارة الأولويات بأبعادها الثلاثة والهناء الشخصي بمحوريه لدى الشباب الجامعي عينة الدراسة. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث في إجمالي استبيان إدارة الأولويات تبعا ًللجنس عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) لصالح الذكور. عدم وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث في إجمالي استبيان الهناء الشخصي وفقاً لكل من (الفرقة الدراسية، عدد أفراد الأسرة، المستوى التعليمي للأب، المستوى التعليمي للأم، الدخل الشهري للأسرة). اختلاف نسبة المشاركة للمتغيرات المستقلة مع المتغير التابع طبقاً لأوزان معامل الانحدار ودرجة الارتباط مع المتغير التابع. وقد قُدم من خلال البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والتي كان أهمها: قيام الباحثين بمجال إدارة مؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة بإعداد برامج إرشادية للشباب الجامعي لإدارة الوقت والتي من شأنها العمل على رفع مستوى إدارة الأولويات مما يساهم في رفع مستوى الهناء الشخصي. There is no doubt that the university student is burdened with many burdens, which include performing a variety of complex tasks with different priorities. Life is like a violent battle that we are forced to fight; it cannot be avoided or ignored, and it must be faced with all our strength in order to live our lives happily and contentedly. Therefore, the current research aims to the following: Study the nature of the relationship between priority management in its three dimensions (personal priorities, family priorities, academic priorities) and personal happiness in its two axes (satisfaction with life, positive emotions) in a sample of university youth. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the basic research sample consisted of (382) university youth from different social and economic levels who were chosen in a random, purposeful manner. The research tools were applied to them, consisting of a general data form for university youth and their families, a priority management questionnaire with its dimensions, and a personal happiness questionnaire with its two axes. After collecting this data, it was classified and tabulated and the appropriate statistical coefficients were used. The most important results of the research were the following : * There is a statistically significant positive correlation at a significance level of (0.01) between priority management in its three dimensions and personal happiness in its two axes among university youth in the study sample. * There are statistically significant differences between university youth in the research sample in the total priority management questionnaire according to gender at a significance level of (0.01) in favor of males. * There is no statistically significant difference between university youth in the research sample in the total personal happiness questionnaire according to each of (study group, number of family members, father's educational level, mother's educational level, family's monthly income). * The difference in the participation rate of the independent variables with the dependent variable according to the weights of the regression coefficient and the degree of correlation with the dependent variable . | ||||
