| الملخص هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية داخل الخط الأخضر لتطبيق الإدارة عن بعد من وجهة نظر المديرين, وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة مكونة من (65) مدير ومديرة, وتعرف الفروق في إجاباتهم تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة, واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, ولهذا الغرض تم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من(30) بنداً موزعة على ثلاثة محاور وهي: (التخطيط, التنظيم, التنفيذ), وأظهرت النتائج بأن اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية داخل الخط الأخضر لتطبيق الإدارة عن بعد جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة) على الاستبانة ككل وفي كل محور على حدة ما عدا محور التخطيط فقد جاء بدرجة قليلة, وأكدت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية داخل الخط الأخضر لتطبيق الإدارة عن بعد من وجهة نظر المديرين تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور, وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية داخل الخط الأخضر لتطبيق الإدارة عن بعد من وجهة نظر المديرين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم البحث بعض المقترحات منها: تخصيص ميزانية تساعد المديرين في المدرسة على تطبيق الإدارة عن بعد بدعم من الإدارة التربوية والمجتمع المحلي. Abstract: The current research aimed to revealing the trends of government school principals within the Green Line towards implementing remote management from the principals’ point of view. The research was applied to a sample of (65) male and female manager, and the differences in their answers were identified according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of (30) items were applied distributed over three axes: (Planning, Organization, Implementation), The results showed the trends of government school principals within the Green Line towards implementing remote management came in at a (high) degree on the questionnaire as a whole in each axis separately, except for the planning axis, it came in at a low degree. The results confirmed that there are statistically significant differences in the trends of government school principals within the Green Line to implement remote management from the point of view of principals due to the variable of gender for males. But the results confirmed that there are no statistically significant differences in the trends of government school principals within the Green Line to implement remote management from the point of view of principals due to the variable of academic qualification and number of years of experience the research presented some suggestions, including: Allocate a budget to help school principals implement remote management with the support of the educational administration and the local community. | ||||
