| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص هدف البحث إلى درجة توظيف التقنيات الإدارية الحديثة في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديريها ومعلميها، وتعرّف الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث تبعاً لمتغيرات البحث: (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، العمل). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وصممت استبانة مكّونة من (30) عبارة، وطبقتها على عينة مكونة من (58) معلماً ومعلمة، و(34) مديراً ومديرة، واستخدم البرنامج الإحصائي (Spss-21) لمعالجة البيانات. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث ان درجة توظيف التقنيات الإدارية الحديثة في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديريها ومعلميها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمين على استبانة توظيف التقنيات الإدارية الحديثة في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديريها ومعلميها تعزى لمتغيّرات: المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والجنس، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمين على استبانة توظيف التقنيات الإدارية الحديثة في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديريها ومعلميها تعزى لمتغيّر المسمى الوظيفي وهي لصالح المديرين. Abstract: The research aimed to determine the degree of modern administrative techniques employment in secondary schools from the point of view of their principals and teachers, and to identify the differences between the average grades of the research sample members according to the research variables: (gender, years of experience, academic qualification, work). To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) statements, and applied it to a sample consisting of (58) male and female teachers, and (34) male and female principals, and used the statistical program (Spss-21) to process the data. The search results showed the degree of employing modern administrative techniques in secondary schools from the point of view of their principals and teachers was high. There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers’ answers to the questionnaire for employing modern administrative techniques in secondary schools from the point of view of their principals and teachers due to the variables: academic qualification, years of experience, and gender. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers’ answers to the questionnaire for employing modern administrative techniques in secondary schools from the point of view of their principals and teachers, due to the work variable, and they are in favor of the principals. | ||||
