| Abstract | ||||
| المستخلص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين أساليب القيادة ودافعية المعلمين في النظام التعليمي داخل الخط الأخضر، مع التركيز على دور الثقة كعنصر وسيط. استخدمت الدراسة منهجًا كميًا مقارنًا لتحليل تأثير القيادة التحويلية والتبادلية على دافعية المعلمين الداخلية والخارجية. النتائج أظهرت أن القيادة التحويلية ترتبط بشكل إيجابي بزيادة الدافعية الخارجية للمعلمين، بينما كان تأثيرها على الدافعية الداخلية أقل وضوحًا. كما كشفت الدراسة عن دور الثقة كعنصر وسيط أساسي في تعزيز الدافعية لدى المعلمين. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحسين أساليب القيادة وزيادة مستوى الثقة داخل المؤسسات التعليمية يمكن أن يسهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز دافعية المعلمين، مما ينعكس إيجابًا على جودة التعليم. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة التربوية- دافعية المعلمين- الثقة- التعليم داخل الخط الأخضر the relationship between leadership styles and teacher motivation in the Arab educational system Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between leadership styles and teacher motivation in the Arab educational system, with a focus on trust as a mediating factor. The study employed a quantitative comparative methodology to analyze the impact of transformational and transactional leadership on teachers' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The results showed that transformational leadership is positively associated with an increase in teachers' extrinsic motivation, while its impact on intrinsic motivation was less clear. The study also highlighted the role of trust as a critical mediator in enhancing teachers' motivation. The findings suggest that improving leadership styles and increasing trust levels within educational institutions can significantly enhance teacher motivation, thereby positively impacting the quality of education. | ||||
