Abstract | ||||
This study aims to reveal the benefits of internships for students and their impact on interns’ employability and personal growth. Primary data were collected from the final and pre-final year management students at MSA University using a mixed methods approach, including qualitative and quantitative data through self-administered closed-ended questionnaires. A total of 284questionnaires were distributed among the four majors, with participants selected through convenience sampling. T-test and ANOVA were utilized to test research hypotheses, both of which were accepted, indicating that undergraduate internships impact employability and personal growth. This research formulates effective strategies and curricula that promote internship programs. By integrating practical experiences with theoretical learning, business students can graduate with comprehensive skills. The study also provides implications for companies to design and implement impactful internship programs that can assist companies in reducing recruitment and training costs. | ||||
