Abstract | ||||
This study aims to identify the role of strategic flexibility in the organization's performance. The model includes a number of basic concepts that include the dimensions of strategic agility, which include (strategic vision, internal response orientation, external response orientation, human resources capability, information technology capability), and the dimensions of organizational performance, which include (financial) performance, operational performance, and strategic performance). This study was applied to the Egyptian Post, and the study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The researchers designed a survey list that included the dimensions of the study variables. The size of the study sample reached 380 individuals. As 400 questionnaires were distributed, 391 of them were returned, and 11 of them were excluded.
