Abstract | ||||
hase change materials (PCMs) are widely utilised in thermal energy storage systems for solar engineering, building materials, spacecraft, and the textile industry, namely smart and technological textiles. Researchers are interested in the diverse organic and inorganic PCMs with a wide range of melting and solidifying temperatures because of their potential applications in a variety of sectors. This study discusses PCM with biomaterials, its working principle with textiles, and the uses of PCM-incorporated textiles.hase change materials (PCMs) are widely utilised in thermal energy storage systems for solar engineering, building materials, spacecraft, and the textile industry, namely smart and technological textiles.
