| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث إلى دراسة المشاركة المجتمعية للزوجة بمحاورها (المشاركة الأسرية – المشاركة والتواصل مع الآخرين – المشاركة في العمل السياسي والتطوعي) ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للأسرة ببُعديها (التنمية الاجتماعية – التنمية الاقتصادية). واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (280) زوجة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وطبقت عليهن أدوات البحث المكونة من استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان المشاركة المجتمعية، استبيان التنمية المستدامة للأسرة. خلصت أهم النتائج إلى: -وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة احصائياً بين إجمالي المشاركة المجتمعية للزوجة، واجمالي التنمية المستدامة للأسرة . -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الزوجات الريفيات والحضريات عينة البحث في إجمالي المشاركة المجتمعية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجمالي التنمية المستدامة للأسرة لصالح الزوجات الريفيات. -وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين الزوجات عينة البحث في إجمالي كل من المشاركة المجتمعية، والتنمية المستدامة للأسرة تبعاً لمستوى تعليم الزوجة لصالح التعليم المتوسط. وكانت أهم توصيات البحث: تفعيل دور قسم إدارة مؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة عن طريق إعداد دورات تدريبية وندوات تثقيفية لزوجات من خلال التنسيق مع جهات خاصة بالتنمية المجتمعية لتنمية مهاراتهم الاجتماعية والفكرية والإدارية بهدف مواجهة الأزمات الحياتية في ضوء متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، على وسائل الإعلام عقد ندوات ومحاضرات لنشر مفهوم وأهمية ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية ودورها المحوري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للأسرة. The research aims to study the community participation of the wife through its various aspects (family participation, participation and communication with others, participation in political and volunteer work) and its role in achieving sustainable development for the family in its two dimensions (social development and economic development). The research followed a descriptive-analytical method, and the primary research sample consisted of (280) wives from different social and economic levels. The research tools applied to them included general data form, community participation questionnaire, and sustainable family development questionnaire. The most important findings concluded: There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the overall community participation of the wife and the overall sustainable development of the family There are no statistically significant differences between rural and urban wives in the research sample regarding overall community participation. However, there are statistically significant differences in the overall sustainable development of the family in favour of rural wives. There is a statistically significant variation among the wives in the research sample regarding both overall community participation and sustainable family development, depending on the wife's education level, with the advantage favouring those with a medium level of education The most important recommendations of the research were as follows: Activating the role of the Family and Child Institutions Management Department by organizing training courses and educational seminars for wives, in coordination with organizations focused on community development. This aims to enhance their social, intellectual, and administrative skills to better address life crises in light of sustainable development requirements. Media outlets should hold seminars and lectures to promote the concept and importance of community participation and its central role in achieving sustainable development of family. | ||||
