| Evaluation of Brucella vaccine strain 19 in Swiss mice as an available and economic model in cormparison with guinea pigs was done. The results revealed that a good protective anti-bodies in the sera of vaccinated guinea pigs and Swiss mice, and the level of antibodies still per- sisted.for prolonged period in both animals. | ||
