| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم مسح لأهم الاتجاهات المعاصرة في مجال اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد، وتحليل وتفسير الدراسات المعاصرة في مجال اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد؛ لمعرفة أهم النقاط التي يجب الاهتمام بها في الدراسات العربية، وتكونت عينة البحث من 72 بحث تناولوا دراسة اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد، وتم استخدام منهج التحليل البعدي، وأوضحت النتائج بأن الاهتمام الأكبر كان لدراسة اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد لدى الأطفال وكانت فئة البالغين والمراهقين وطلاب الجامعة من ذوي الاضطراب تعاني من إهمال شديد، وأن الاهتمام الأكبر كان لدراسة اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد بشكل وصفي فقط وأن البحوث التجريبية في هذا المجال تعاني من فقر شديد، وأن أصبحت البحوث في الآونة الأخيرة تهتم بمسار الاضطراب واستمرارية الأعراض من الطفولة إلى المرحلة الجامعية لإثبات استمرارية الأعراض بنسب متفاوتة، ولكن بنسبة لا يستهان بها. The current research aimed to provide a survey of the most important contemporary trends in the field of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and to analyze and interpret contemporary studies in the field of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to find out the most important points that must be paid attention to in Arab studies, and the research sample consisted of 72 research that dealt with the study of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and the dimensional analysis approach was used, and the results showed that the greatest interest was to study attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children and the category of Adults, adolescents and university students with the disorder suffer from severe neglect, and that the greatest interest was to study attention deficit hyperactivity disorder only descriptively, and that experimental research in this area suffers from severe poverty, and that research has recently become concerned with the course of the disorder and the continuity of symptoms from childhood to university to prove the continuity of symptoms in varying proportions, but at a significant rate. | ||||
