This research paper presents a comprehensive review of digital transformation and its impact on e-commerce, encompassing various aspects such as business models, technological advancements, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks. The paper begins by providing an overview of digitalization in organizations, highlighting its growth trajectory and its impact on traditional business models. It explores various e-commerce business models, which includes B2B (Business-to-Business), B2C (Business-to-Consumer), C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer), and emerging models such as social commerce and mobile commerce. The analysis delves into the advantages and challenges associated with each model, shedding light on their evolution and future prospects. Furthermore, the research paper investigates the technological advancements that have shaped the e-commerce landscape.
