| هدف البحث للتعرف على مستوى جودة برامج مهارات العيش المستقل والخدمات الانتقالية المقدمة للأطفال ذوى الإعاقة بمراكز التربية الخاصة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (112) ولي أمر، و(7) مديرات، وتم جمع بيانات البحث عن طريق تطبيق استبانة على أولياء الأمور، والمقابلة لمديرات المراكز، وتم تحليل البيانات عن باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (Spss) بالحاسب الآلي، وتوصل البحث للنتائج الآتية: إن التقييم لمستوى جودة مهارات العيش المستقل والخدمات الانتقالية المقَّدمة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من قبل مراكز التربية الخاصة جاء بدرجة متوسطة. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (a ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في درجة تقييم جودة برامج وخدمات مهارات العيش المستقل والخدمات الانتقالية تبعاً للمستوى التعليمي، ونوع إعاقة الطفل. بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (a ≤ 0.05) في درجة تقييم جودة برامج وخدمات مهارات العيش المستقل والخدمات الانتقالية من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور لصالح الأمهات. وأن البرامج تزيد من الكفاءة الاستقلالية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة. ومن المشكلات التي أظهرها ضعف كفاءة الكوادر العاملة في المراكز، وحاجتهم للتدريب، توافر رؤى جديدة حول تنفيذها في بيئة ثقافية سودنية تدعم تطوير الطرق الجديدة لتعليم وتدريب وتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة. The objective of the research is to identify the level of quality of independent living skills programs and transitional services provided to children with disabilities in special education centers. The analytical descriptive approach was used. The research sample consisted of (112) guardians and (7) principals. The research data were collected by applying a questionnaire on parents, and the interview with the directors of the centers. The data were analyzed using the statistical package program (SPSS) on the computer. The research came up with the following findings: The evaluation of the level of quality of independent living skills and transitional services provided to children with disabilities by special education centers came to a medium degree. And there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (a≤0.05) between the responses of parents of children with disabilities in the degree of evaluating the quality of independent living skills programs and services and transitional services according to the educational level and the type of child's disability. Whereas, there were statistically significant differences at the level (a≤0.05) in the degree of evaluating the quality of independent living skills programs and services and transitional services from the point of view of parents in favor of mothers. The role of the programs can increase the independence efficiency of children with disabilities, and among the problems revealed are the weak competences of the staff working in the centers, and their need for training. The availability of new insights about their implementation in a Sudanese cultural environment that supports the development of new methods for educating, training and rehabilitating children with disabilities. | ||||
