Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to empower workers with special needs in government organizations and the role of their rehabilitation in supporting environmental management systems, shedding light on the role of empowering people with special needs in various jobs. Identifying the extent of application of the law on the rights of people with special needs in various jobs, developing a positive view of the role of people with special needs, and forms of social care. The researchers in this research relied on some of the methods used in scientific research, namely: an inductive approach and a deductive approach, which relies on data, statistics and historical facts, not on abstract rational logic. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach in defining the research problem. The results of the study indicate the most important ways to empower workers with special needs in government organizations in qualifying them to support environmental management systems and spread community awareness of the issue of people with disabilities and their right to participate in all aspects of life for equality with other people without discrimination, which is guaranteed by the Constitution and Law No. 10 of 2018, especially since most of the materials are not activated, a percentage of (5%) in work, protecting them from bullying, whether in private or professional life, rehabilitating public places with a building code to be qualified for people with disabilities, there are modern facilities that do not apply the rehabilitation code, and means of transportation and transportation are also not applied. | ||||
