| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى دراسة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي فى تنمية الإبداع الانفعالى لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال وقياس أثره باستخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، من خلال عينة تضمنت (60) طالبة وزعت مناصفة إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والثانية ضابطة، وشملت أدوات الدراسية البرنامج التدريبي الذى طبق على المجموعة التجريبية فى جلسات بلغ عددها (12) جلسة، بواقع جلسة فى الأسبوع، مدة كل منها (120) دقيقة، ومقياس الإبداع الانفعالى (أفريل،1999) ترجمة (عدنان ومحمود، 2020). أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة فى القياس البعدى على مقياس الإبداع الانفعالى (الأصالة، الفاعلية، الجدية، الاستعداد الانفعالى، الدرجة الكلية) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى على المقياس لصالح القياس البعدى، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين درجات القياسين البعدى والتتبعى للمجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى فعالية البرنامج التدريبي واستمرارية هذه الفعالية بعد مرور شهرين فترة التتبع، كما بلغ حجم الأثر للبرنامج(0.94)، وفى ضوء هذه النتائج يوصى البحث ضرورة الاهتمام بالإبداع الانفعالى بأبعاده الأربعة وتدريب الطلاب فى المراحل التعليمية المختلفة سواء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر لرفع وتحسين مستوى الإبداع الانفعالى لديهم حتى يستطيعوا أن يتعاملوا بكفاءة عالية مع الضغوط النفسية والتوترات بشكل عام.The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program in developing the emotional creativity of the students of the kindergarten department and measuring its impact using the semi-experimental approach, through a sample that included (60) students distributed equally into two groups, one experimental and the second a control, and the study tools included the proposed training program, which was applied to the experimental group in sessions numbering (12) sessions, one session per week, each lasting (120) minutes, and the measure of emotional creativity (Averill, 1999) translated by (Adnan and Mahmoud, 2020). The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional measurement on the scale of emotional creativity (authenticity, effectiveness, novelty, emotional preparedness, total score) in favor of the experimental group, and The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements on the scale in favor of the post-measurement, and the results showed that there are no differences between the degrees of the dimensional and traceability measurements of the experimental group, which indicates the effectiveness of the training program and the continuity of this effectiveness after the passage of two months tracking period, and the size of the impact of the program (0.94), and in light of these results the research recommends the need to pay attention to emotional creativity in its four dimensions and train students in different educational stages, whether directly Or indirectly to raise and improve their level of emotional creativity so that they can deal with psychological stress and tensions in general with high efficiency. | ||||
