Abstract
يهدف البحث الي التعرف على تأثير التعليم المتمايز في إكساب بعض كفايات التدريس للطالب المعلم بشعبة التدريس بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة كفر الشيخ.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث, وتمثل مجتمع هذا البحث طلاب الفرقة الثالثة ) شعبة التدريس ) بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة كفر الشيخ للعام الجامعي ( 2022- 2023م ) والبالغ عددهم (180 طالب) وتم اختيار عينة البحث الاساسية بالطريقة العشوائية والبالغ عددها ( 50 طالب ) بنسبة مئوية قدرها (27.7%) مقسمة الي مجموعتين (ضابطة وتجريبية كل مجموعة (25طالب ) من أجمالي مجتمع البحث بالإضافة الى عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية وتشمل ( 20 طالب ) من مجتمع البحث ومن خارج العينة الأساسية.
واستخدم الباحث ادوات ووسائل جمع البيانات الأتية (قياس بعض معدلات النمو- اختبار الذكاء (القدرات العقلية) - اخبار معرفي قيد البحث).
وكانت اهم النتائج أن البرنامج التعليمي المقترح باستخدام التعليم المتمايز له تأثيراً إيجابياً أفضل من الأسلوب التقليدي (الشرح والإلقاء) في إكساب الكفايات التدريسية للطالب المعلم قيد البحث.
The research aims to identify the impact of differentiated education in providing some teaching competencies for the student teacher in the Teaching Division at the Faculty of Physical Education, Kafr El-Sheikh University.
To achieve this goal, the researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the community of this research is represented by the students of the third year (Teaching Division) at the Faculty of Physical Education, Kafr El-Sheikh University for the academic year (2022-2023 AD), which numbered (180 students), and the basic research sample was selected randomly, which numbered (50 students) with a percentage of (27.7%) divided into two groups (control and experimental), each group (25 students) of the total research community, in addition to the exploratory study sample and includes (20 students) from the research community and from outside the basic sample. 
The researcher used the following tools and means of collecting data (measuring some growth rates - intelligence test (mental abilities) - cognitive news under research).
The most important results were that the proposed educational program using differentiated education has a better positive impact than the traditional method (explanation and recitation) in providing the teaching competencies of the student teacher under research.
