| Abstract | ||||
| إن موضوع البحث:- هو الإحسان إلى الجار في ضوء الكتاب والسنة، وقد دفعني لاختيار هذا الموضوع: هو جهل كثير من الناس بحقوق الجار، حيث أهمله كثير من الناس، وانشغلوا عنه، إما لضعف في إيمانهم، فلا يهمُّهم إلا أنفسهم، ولا يراعون حق أحد، وإما لسيطرة الدنيا عليهم، وتمكّنها منهم، وإما للجهل بمضامين حسن الجوار وتفصيلاته وأَبعاده، حيث أن أكثر الجيران في زماننا لا يعرفون شيئاً عن جيرانهم، ولا يتفقدون أحوالهم، ولا يشاركونهم أفراحهم وأحزانهم، ولا يعينوهم إذا احتاجوا العون، ولا يهرعون إليهم إن طلبوا المساعدة، بل لو سُئِل أحدهم عن اسم جاره لا يجيب، فهو لا يذكره أو لا يعلمه أصلاً، بل قد يصل الأمر، بأن الجار لا يمنع شره عن جاره، فتراه في نزاع معه، وإيذاء له، واعتداء عليه. لهذه الأمور كان توفيق الله – تعالى – لاختيار هذا الموضوع. وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومباحث، وخاتمة، ومصادر، وفهارس. The topic of the research is kindnees in light of the Qur' an Sunnah. What prompted me to choosethis topic is the ignorance of many peopleabout the rights of the neighbor , as many people have neglected it and become preoccupiedwith it,either becauseof weakness in their faith as they only care about themselves and do not consider the rights of anyone , or because the world has control over them and has power over them , or because of ignorance of the contents of good neighborliness and its details and dimensions , as most neighbors in our time do not know anything about their neighbors do not check on their conditions , do not share their joys and sorrows do not help them if they need help and do not rush to them if they ask for help Rather if one of them is asked about the name of his neighbor He does not answer , he does not mention it or does not know it at all and it may even reach the point where the neighbor does not Prevent his evil from his neighbor so you see him in a dispute with , harming him , and assaulting him For these reasons Allah has blessed me with Choosing this topic The research included an introduction, a preface , discussions , a conclusion , and sources and index | ||||
