| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص حلل البحث استراتيجيات وسياسات مقترحة لتعميق وتطوير قطاع الذكاء الاصطناعي في مصر. يهدف البحث إلى فهم التحديات التي تواجه هذا القطاع وتحديد السياسات اللازمة لتعزيز التطور والابتكار في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي. كما هدف البحث إلى تحليل السوق العالمي والمحلي بسوق الذكاء الاصطناعي بالإضافة إلى دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في النمو الاقتصادي، كما تم التركيز في البحث على مجموعة من المبادرات والسياسات التي يمكن اتخاذها على المستويات الحكومية والصناعية والأكاديمية لدعم نمو صناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي في مصر من خلال تحليل SWOT. تشمل هذه السياسات دعم البحث والتطوير في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعزيز التعليم والتدريب في هذا المجال، وتوفير بيئة تشجيعية للاستثمارات والشراكات الاستراتيجية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير إطار قانوني وتنظيمي يدعم نمو الصناعة ويحمي حقوق الفرد والمجتمع. ويعتبر هذا البحث مساهمة مهمة في تعزيز دور مصر كمركز رئيسي للابتكار والتطوير في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي في المنطقة وعلى الصعيدين المحلي والدولي. Abstract The research presents and discusses proposed strategies and policies to promote and develop the artificial intelligence sector in Egypt. The research aims to understand the challenges facing this sector and determine the necessary policies to promote development and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. The paper also aimed to analyze the global and local artificial intelligence market. It also focuses on a set of initiatives and policies that can be taken at the governmental, industrial, and academic levels to support the growth of the artificial intelligence industry in Egypt through SOWT analysis. These policies include supporting research and development in the field of artificial intelligence, enhancing education and training in this field, providing an encouraging environment for investments and strategic partnerships, in addition to developing a legal and regulatory framework that supports the growth of the industry and protects the rights of the individual and society. This research is considered an important contribution to enhancing Egypt’s role as a major center for innovation and development in the field of artificial intelligence in the region and at the local and international levels. | ||||
