| Abstract | ||||
| ومن ثم سعت الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الشباب نحو ثقافة العمل الحر، والمعوقات التي تحول دون اتجاه عديد من الشباب نحو العمل الحر في المجتمع، والرؤية المستقبلية لتنمية وعى الشباب بأهمية ثقافة العمل الحر، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, وأداة دراسة الحالة التى تم تطبيقها على عينة من الشباب أصحاب العمل الحر داخل محافظة دمياط ، والتى بلغت (20) شابًا، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن من أسباب اتجاهات الشباب نحو ثقافه العمل الحر هو عدم وجود حدٍّ للدخل الممكِن كسبه، فمَن يمتلك مهارات جديدة ومتنوعة مع كل تجربة عمل جديدة بحُكم متطلبات العمل المختلفة، سوف يجد الفرصة سانحةً أمامه لتعلم شيء جديد في كل مرة، وهذا ما يجعل أداءه أفضل مع مرور الوقت، ويزيد من خبراته، ويستطيع العمل على مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت، كما اتضح أن غالبية العينة تعرضوا لمعوقات العمل الحر، ومن أهم هذه المعوقات التذبذب في العمل في بدايته، فالشاب قد يظل فترةً يعمل لفترة طويلة، وأخرى دون أي عمل يُذكر ويقل الطلب عليه، بالتالي يصبح بلا عمل، بالتالي لن يكون دخله ثابتًا ومستقرًا، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك عديدًا من النصائح من جانب الشباب الذين خاضوا تجربة العمل الحر، وفي مقدمتها: إن النجاح في العمل الحر يتطلب الصبر، ويجب التأقلم مع التحديات المختلفة والاستمرار في تطوير مهاراتهم ، وتوسيع قاعدة عملائهم، وهذا الأمر قد يستغرق وقتًا لتحقيق النجاح والاستقرار المالي المطلوب. Hence, the current study sought to identify the attitudes of young people towards the culture of self-employment, and the obstacles that prevent the direction of many young people towards self-employment in society, and the future vision for developing youth awareness of the importance of the culture of self-employment, and in order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the case study tool that was applied to a sample of young self-employed people within Damietta Governorate, which amounted to (20) young people, and it became clear from the results of the field study that one of the reasons for The attitudes of young people towards the culture of self-employment is the lack of a limit to the income that can be earned, whoever has new and varied skills with each new work experience by virtue of the different work requirements, will find the opportunity for him to learn something new every time, and this is what makes his performance better over time, increases his experience, and can work on multiple projects at the same time, as it turned out that the majority of the sample were exposed to the obstacles of self-employment, and the most important of these obstacles is the fluctuation in work at its beginning, The young man may remain for a long time working for a long time, and another without any work and the demand for it decreases, so he becomes without work, so his income will not be stable and stable, and the results indicated that there are many tips on the part of young people who have experienced self-employment, foremost of which are: Success in self-employment requires patience, and you must adapt to various challenges and continue to develop their skills, and expand their customer base, and this may take time to achieve success and the required financial stability. | ||||
