Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa-Damietta in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students and the obstacles they face. The role of the institute in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students and the obstacles they face from the point of view of the students themselves. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher distributed paper questionnaires to a random sample of the fourth year students at the institute. The study concluded with a proposed strategy to improve the role of the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa-Damietta in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its students.
