| Abstract | ||||
| The research mainly aimed to identify the level of trends of adoption of modern irrigation systems implementers for agricultural irrigation innovations in the rural areas of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and the most important factors associated with and determining it. This research was conducted on a random sample of implementers of the modern irrigation system, consisting of 291 respondents.The results of the research showed the following: 1-The majority of the respondents (66.3%) had a high adoption level of trends.2-The studied independent variables together explain about 67.6% of the variance in the degrees of the variable of trends in the adoption of modern irrigation systems for agricultural irrigation innovations.3 - When using the stepwise multiple linear regression method, it was found that there are six independent variables that contribute a uniquely significant contribution in explaining 66.7% of the variance in the degrees of the variable of the trends of the implementers of modern irrigation systems for agricultural irrigation innovations, the variables of annual household income are at the forefront in terms of relative contribution in explaining part of the variance in the degrees of the trends of the implementers of modern irrigation systems for agricultural irrigation innovations, followed by the variable of the number of years of education, then the variable of experience with modern irrigation systems, followed by the variable of informal social participation, then the variable of the level of social ambition, and finally the variable of the age of the respondent. | ||||
