| Abstract | ||||
| هذه الدراسة، ذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومشكلة الدراسة، وأهدافها، وخطة البحث، ومنهج الباحث، وترجمت للإمام أبي داود– رحمه الله – ترجمة موجزة تناسب حجم الدراسة، ثم عَرَّفتُ بمصطلح «معروف» لغة، وشرعًا، واصطلاحًا، وبَيَّنتُ مدلوله، عند الإمام أبي داود، وعند نُقَّاد الحديث الآخرين، وبيان مراتب الرواة الذين وصفهم الإمام أبو داود بهذا الوصف، واستعرضت دراسة تطبيقية لمن قال فيهم الإمام أبي داود «معروف»، وقمت فيه بذكر ثلاثة عشرة ترجمة، ودراسة أحوالهم من حيث الجرح والتعديل، ثم قمت بدراسة نموذج حديثي لكل راوٍ منهم، مع الوقوف على أحكام العلماء على هذه الأحاديث - إن وجدت. In this study, I mentioned the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the problem of the study, its objectives, the research plan, and the researcher's method. I translated for Imam Abu Dawood - may God have mercy on him - a brief translation that suits the size of the study. Then I defined the term "Ma'ruf" linguistically, legally, and technically, and I explained its meaning according to Imam Abu Dawood and other hadith critics, and I explained the ranks of the narrators described by Imam Abu Dawood with this description. I reviewed an applied study of those about whom Imam Abu Dawood said "Ma'ruf", and I mentioned thirteen translations, and studied their conditions in terms of criticism and modification. Then I studied a hadith model For each narrator of them, with a look at the scholars’ rulings on these hadiths - if any. | ||||
