| Abstract | ||||
| فإنَّ من عناية أهل الحديث بسُنَّة رسول الله ﷺ، وصيانتهم لها من الخطأ والتَّحريف والتَّبديل؛ بيانُ أحوال رواتها جرحًا وتعديلًا؛ ليتميَّز الصادقُ منهم من الكاذب، واليَقِظ من المغفَّل، والمصيب من المخطئ، واستعمل أهل الحديث لجرح الرُّواة وتعديلهم ألفاظًا تتنوَّع دلالتُها، وتتفاوت مراتبُها. ومن الألفاظ المستعملة في جرح الرُّواة لفظ «مُظلِم»، وهو لفظٌ نادر الاستعمال، لم أرَ من تطرَّق لدراسة دلالته وأحوال من أُطلقت عليه من الرُّواة، فرأيت أن أعتني بذلك في هذا البحث، وأسأل الله b التَّوفيق والسَّداد، وأن يُلهمني فيه الصَّواب. أهمية البحث: تظهر أهمية البحث في دراسته للفظٍ نادرٍ من ألفاظ الجرح، فبمعرفة معناه تتبيَّن درجة الراوي الذي أُطلِقت عليه. أن العلماء الذين استعلموا هذه اللفظة ثلاثة من أئمة الجرح والتعديل: أبو عروبة الحراني، وابن حبان، وابن عدي، ولكل من الأخيرين مؤلف خاص في الرواة المجروحين، فقد ألف ابن حبان كتاب «المجروحين»، وألف ابن عدي كتاب «الكامل في ضعفاء الرجال». هدف البحث: دراسة دلالة لفظ «مظلم» بالنظر إلى أحوال من أُطلِقت عليه من الرواة. One of the cares of the people of Hadith for the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and their protection of it from error, distortion and alteration is to clarify the conditions of its narrators in terms of wounding and authentication; so that the truthful among them can be distinguished from the liar, the alert from the foolish, and the correct from the mistaken. The people of Hadith used words that varied in meaning and varying in degrees to wound and authenticate the narrators. Among the terms used in criticizing narrators is the term "Mudlim", which is a rarely used term. I have not seen anyone who has studied its meaning and the conditions of the narrators to whom it was applied, so I decided to take care of that in this research, and I ask Allah for success and guidance, and to inspire me with what is right. The importance of the research: 1- The importance of the research appears in its study of a rare term of criticism, as knowing its meaning reveals the degree of the narrator to whom it was applied. 2- The scholars who used this term are three of the imams of criticism and approval: Abu Aruba al-Harrani, Ibn Hibban, and Ibn Adi, and each of the latter two has a special book on the criticized narrators. Ibn Hibban wrote the book "Al-Majruhin", and Ibn Adi wrote the book "Al-Kamil fi Du'afa al-Rijal". The aim of the research: Studying the meaning of the term "Mudlim" in light of the conditions of the narrators to whom it was applied. | ||||
