The importance of libraries is constantly evolving because libraries are gateways of knowledge and culture. Libraries contribute greatly to the development of society. They also provide resources and opportunities for learning and education that help in the development of society. Libraries are an essential source of rich information and thereby help to shape new ideas and perspectives. Moreover, they help society to become creative and innovative. Libraries are a storehouse of authentic information and knowledge created by past generations The role of libraries is constantly evolving. This paper aims to understand the importance and benefits of libraries converted into notary offices. Moreover, it aims to explore the role of librarians as notary officers in providing benefits to the notarization for the authentication of books. Another aim is to identify the challenges faced by librarians in the authentication of the documents. Finally, the paper attempts to assess the importance of validation and notarization of unpublished documents and make them validated. | ||||
