| Abstract | ||||
| كتب الفقه غنية بالقواعد والضوابط الفقهية التي كانت راسخة في أذهان وعقول مؤلفيها وحتي وأن لم يفردها بتأليف مستقل، وقد يكون الكتاب متنًا له قيمته العلمية في مذهب مؤلفه او بين المذاهب الفقهية المختلفة، ومن هذه الكتب كتاب تحفة الفقهاء لعلاء الدين السمرقندي ( ت 539 هـ )؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث تحت عنوان " قواعد النية عند الإمام السمرقندي وتطبيقها علي العبادات" The books of jurisprudence are rich in jurisprudential rules and controls that were firmly established in the minds and minds of their authors, even if they were not written independently. The book may be a text that has scientific value in the doctrine of its author or among the different doctrines of jurisprudence. Among these books is the book Tuhfat al-Fuqaha by Ala al-Din al-Samarqandi (d. 539 AH). ); Therefore, this research came under the title “The rules of intention according to Imam al-Samarkandi and their application to acts of worship.” | ||||
