| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على التحديات التي تواجه تفعيل دور الفريق متعدد التخصصات في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية بمدينة جدة من وجهة نظر معلميهم، والتعرف على هذه الفروق تبعاً لمتغيرات: الخبرة التعليمية والمؤهل العلمي ونوع البرنامج والدورات التدريبية التي تلقاها المعلم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لقياس التحديات التي تواجه تفعيل دور الفريق متعدد التخصصات في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية بمدينة جدة، حيث تكونت بصورتها النهائية من أربعة محاور بواقع (34) فقرة، وتم تطبيقها على (120) من معلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في مدينة جدة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتوفرة بناءً على استعدادهم للمشاركة في أداة الدراسة بشكلها الإلكتروني. وأظهرت النتائج أن التحديات التي تواجه تفعيل دور الفريق متعدد التخصصات في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية بمدينة جدة من وجهة نظر معلميهم قد جاء بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.7)، وبمستوى (مرتفع) بشكل عام، وقد تراوح المتوسط الحسابي لمحاور المقياس ما بين (3.72) للمحور الأول بمستوى مرتفع، وبين (3.78) للمحور الثاني بمستوى مرتفع، وبين (3.61) للمحور الثالث بمستوى متوسط، وبين (3.70) للمحور الرابع بمستوى مرتفع، كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات الدرجة الكلية لمقياس التحديات التي تواجه تفعيل دور الفريق متعدد التخصصات في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية بمدينة جدة تبعاً لمتغيرات: الخبرة العملية، والدرجة العلمية، وبيئة العمل. وبناء عليه أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تطوير برامج تدريبية مكثفة للمعلمين حول تفعيل دور الفريق متعدد التخصصات، وتعزيز التنسيق والتواصل بين أعضاءه من خلال ورش العمل والاجتماعات الدورية، وتعزيز معرفتهم بالقوانين والتشريعات التي تنظم العمل. The current study aimed to identify the challenges facing the activation of the multidisciplinary team’s role in intellectual education institutes and programs in Jeddah, from the perspective of their teachers. It also sought to explore differences based on variables such as educational experience, academic qualifications, type of program, and training courses received by the teachers. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive survey method was adopted. The researcher developed a questionnaire to measure the challenges related to activating the role of the multidisciplinary team in the intellectual education institutes and programs in Jeddah. The final version of the questionnaire consisted of four dimensions, comprising 34 items, and was administered to 120 teachers of students with intellectual disabilities in Jeddah, selected based on their willingness to participate in the electronic study tool. The results indicated that the challenges facing the activation of the multidisciplinary team’s role in the intellectual education institutes and programs in Jeddah, from the teachers' perspective, had a mean score of 3.7, reflecting a generally high level. The mean scores for the dimensions of the scale ranged from 3.72 for the first dimension (high), 3.78 for the second dimension (high), 3.61 for the third dimension (medium), and 3.70 for the fourth dimension (high). The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the overall mean scores of the challenges scale based on variables such as work experience, academic degree, and work environment. Based on these findings, the study recommended developing intensive training programs for teachers on activating the role of the multidisciplinary team, enhancing coordination and communication among its members through workshops and regular meetings, and increasing their knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the work. | ||||
