| Abstract | ||||
| يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي نتاجًا للثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ولقد أصبح معروفًا ومستخدمًا في مجالات عديدة، بسبب انتشار الأجهزة الرقمية المتصلة وظاهرة البيانات الضخمة، ويتميز بزيادة دقة التوقعات المستقبلية، ورفع العائدات الاقتصادية وخلق فرص عمل جديدة، على عكس المتوقع حيث يساهم في إعادة تنظيم وتوزيع المهام داخل المهن بدلاً من استبدالها، فيعمل بذلك - الذكاء الاصطناعي - على زيادة الإنتاجية، والقدرة التنافسية، مما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ويساعد بالتالي على زيادة دخل الفرد على مستوى العموم، ومن جهة أخرى بينت الدراسة أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي قد يؤدي إلى بعض المخاوف التي تتعلق بالتشغيل، أي البطالة بسبب الاستغناء عن بعض الوظائف الروتينية، التي لا تحتاج إلى مهارات أو تقنيات حديثة عالية المستوى مما يؤدي إلى زيادة معدل البطالة، وبالتالي انخفاض مستوى دخل هؤلاء الأفراد كما أن اتساع الفجوة بين الدخول في توزيع الدخل والثروة يكون صالح الدول المتقدمة التي تهيمن على أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتختم هذه الدراسة بخاتمة تشتمل على بعض النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a product of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has become widely recognized and utilized in various fields due to the proliferation of connected digital devices and the phenomenon of big data. AI is characterized by its ability to improve the accuracy of future predictions, increase economic returns, and create new job opportunities. Contrary to common belief, AI contributes to reorganizing and redistributing tasks within professions rather than replacing them. In this way, AI enhances productivity and competitiveness, leading to a rise in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and, consequently, an increase in individual income at the general level. On the other hand, the study shows that the use of AI raises concerns related to employment, particularly unemployment caused by the elimination of routine jobs that do not require advanced skills or high-level technologies. This may lead to a rise in unemployment rates and a decline in the income levels of those individuals. Additionally, the widening income and wealth distribution gap favors developed countries that dominate AI systems. The study concludes with a summary of findings and proposed recommendations. | ||||
