| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تمكين الباحثين من الاستفادة من المخطوط موضوع البحث، وذلك من خلال توضيح الفروقات بين النسخ، وعزو الآيات القرآنية وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية، و توضيح النّصوص والمسائل التي تستدعي ذلك، وترجمة الأعلام، وبيان الألفاظ الغريبة والمصطلحات، كما تهدف إلى التوصل لإجابة عدّة تساؤلات: كوجه الاختلاف بين النسخ وبمنهج المؤلّف وآرائه والتثبّت من صحّة الأقوال وعزوها لمصادرها، ولحل هذا الإشكال واجه الباحث عدة صعوبات كرداءة خط أحد المخطوطين مع وجود اتصال بين الحروف وتزاحم الأسطر والحواشي و عدم وضوح بعض المواطن من الكلمات أو الجمل لتأثرها بالعوامل كالرطوبة، مع وجود السّقط والطّمس والزيادات، وقد توصّل الباحث في ختام هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أنّ المؤلّف في كتاب "الجامع" اعتمد على متن المنهاج من حيث الترتيب، ولم يلتزم بمتنه ولفظه، فهو كما وصفه المؤلّف في مقدمته" جامعاً لما في المنهاج وغيره، مع ما حذفه من لفظ المحرر للاختصار "، ومنها: أنه يقرّر المسائل وفقاً للمعتمد من المذهب فإن كان من خلاف ظاهر بيّنه باختصار، كما ثبت دقّة المؤلّف في عزوه للأقوال وتتّبعه لأقوال كبار فقهاء المذهب، وأنّ تعدد المصادر وحصر الأقوال وربط المسائل في "حدود البحث" فيه دلالة على سعة اطّلاع المؤلّف وتمكّنه، وقد بلغت المصادر المنصوصة في حدود البحث إلى عشرة مصادر، كما أشار المؤلّف إلى رأيه في حدود البحث في أربعة مواضع، وقد تنوّعت آرائه ما بين المخالف للمذهب وذلك في موضعين، والموافق له في موضع، والاختيار من بين الأقوال في موضع، وقد أشرت إليها في حاشية قسم التحقيق، وقد أوصى الباحث بأهميّة تبني المراكز والكليات البحثية لمشاريع في مجال تحقيق المخطوطات. This study aims to enable researchers to benefit from the manuscript under investigation by clarifying the differences between versions, referencing Quranic verses, verifying prophetic hadiths, elucidating texts and issues requiring further explanation, translating notable figures, and clarifying unfamiliar terms and technical expressions. The study also seeks to answer several questions, such as the differences between manuscript copies, the methodology and opinions of the author, and verifying the accuracy of statements and attributing them to their sources. To resolve these challenges, the researcher faced several difficulties, such as the poor handwriting in one of the manuscripts, the connection of letters, crowded lines and margins, and unclear sections of words or sentences due to factors such as humidity. Additional complications included omissions, erasures, and additions. The researcher concluded with several findings, including that the author of Al-Jami' relied on the text of Al-Minhaj in terms of structure but did not adhere strictly to its wording. As stated in the author's introduction, it is a compilation of Al-Minhaj and other works, with some omissions from Al-Muharrar for conciseness. Furthermore, the author presented issues based on the predominant opinions within the Shafi'i school and clarified apparent differences concisely. The author's accuracy in attributing opinions and his thorough exploration of the views of prominent jurists of the school were established. The multiplicity of sources, the comprehensive analysis of opinions, and the systematic linking of issues within the "scope of the study" demonstrate the author's extensive knowledge and competence. The referenced sources within the scope of the study amounted to ten, and the author expressed his views in four instances: two instances where he differed from the school, one instance agreeing with it, and one instance selecting among opinions. These were noted in the footnotes of the verification section. The researcher recommended that research centers and academic institutions adopt projects in the field of manuscript verification. | ||||
