Abstract | ||||
This study aims to determine the impact of using group discussion in the group work method on developing university youth’ awareness of electronic blackmail dangers. The study employed a two-group experimental design with pre-and post-tests. The experimental and control groups of the study were comprised of (25) students from the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University. To ensure the validity of the study hypotheses, the program was practiced with the experimental group composed of (25) students who were included after confirming their need to develop their awareness of the electronic blackmail dangers based on the pre-measurement results. The findings of the study indicated the effectiveness of group discussions in the group work method in enhancing the awareness of university students about the dangers of electronic blackmail. | ||||
