| Abstract | ||||
| في هذا البحث المعنون بـ "مسالك الإمام أبي بكر الجصاص في مختلف الحديث من خلال كتابه شرح مختصر الطحاوي-نماذج تطبيقية من كتاب الطهارة" قصدتُ إلى بيان مسالك هذا الإمام في مختلف الحديث، فعرفت بالإمام الجصاص، وتكلمت عن حياته الشخصية والعلمية، ثم عرفتُ بكتابه "شرح مختصر الطحاوي" وأهميته، ومزاياه، وطريقته فيه، ولمحة عن منهجه الحديثي. ثم تكلمت عن علم مختلف الحديث، ومكانته وأهم المصنفات فيه، ثم ذكرت أسباب وقوع الاختلاف في الحديث، وذكرت الفرق بينه وبين مشكل الحديث، ثم بينت مسالك العلماء والأئمة في الخروج من الاختلاف. ثم تناولتُ منهج الإمام أبي بكر الجصاص في الأجوبة عن الأحاديث التي يوهم ظاهرها التعارض -بشكل مجمَل-، ثم فصلت ذلك في ثمانية نماذج تطبيقية من كتاب الطهارة، وبينت فيها مسالكه بشكل مفصل، وعلقت على هذه المسالك، ثم ذكرت خاتمة فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. In this research entitled "The paths of Imam Abu Bakr al-Jassas in various hadiths through his book Sharh Mukhtasar al-Tahawi" I meant to explain the paths of this imam in various hadiths, so I knew Imam al-Jassas, and talked about his personal and scientific life, and then I knew his book "Sharh Mukhtasar al-Tahawi" and its importance, advantages, and his way in it, and a glimpse of his hadith approach. Then I talked about the science of the different hadith, its status and the most important works in it, then I mentioned the reasons for the difference in the hadith, and then the paths of scholars and imams in getting out of the difference. Then I dealt with the approach of Imam Abu Bakr al-Jassas in the answers to the hadiths that appear to contradict - in general -, and then detailed this in ten applied models of the Book of Purity, and showed its paths in detail, and then mentioned a conclusion in which the most important results and recommendations. | ||||
