| Abstract | ||||
| إن من حكمة الله تبارك وتعالى أن جعل في بعض نصوص الشريعة نوعًا من الاشتباه في الدلالة أو نوعًا من التعارض في الظاهر مع نصوص أخرى سواء بين الآيات القرآنية، أو بين الأحاديث النبوية، أو بينهما. وأن من رُزق الفقه في الدين، والرسوخ في العلم يعلم علم يقين أنه لا يمكن وجود التعارض بين النصوص - من القرآن أو السنة - من كل وجه؛ لأنه موقن بأن الكل من عند الله. وقد وجدت من بعض الكتب ممن يطعن في نصوص قطعية الثبوت والدلالة الواردة في حد الرجم؛ لأنها لا تتماشى مع هواه أو هوى مقلَديه. ومن ذلك النوع كتاب " رجم الزاني – جريمة يهودية وافتراء على الإسلام" لمؤلفه: " غسان النبهان "وعندما قرأته أثار فى الحماس للدفاع عن سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وعزمت على تفنيد شبهاته التي أوردها في هذا الفصل وجعلت بحثي هذا فشرعت في الكتابة في هذا الموضوع رغبة مني في دفع الشبهات حول هذه الأحاديث وإثبات عدم تعارضها وأن اختلاف ألفاظ الحديث لا يؤثر في حجية الحكم. ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: - إثبات حجية السنة المطهرة، إثبات صحة الأحاديث الواردة في حد رجم الزاني. Abstract: It is part of the wisdom of God، Blessed and Almighty، to create in some texts of Sharia a kind of suspicion of meaning or a kind of apparent contradiction with other texts، whether between Qur’anic verses، or between Prophetic hadiths، or between them. And whoever is blessed with jurisprudence in religion and is firmly rooted in knowledge knows with certainty that it is not possible for there to be a contradiction between texts - from the Qur’an or the Sunnah - in every respect; Because he is certain that everything is from God.. I found in some books that challenge definitive texts the evidence and evidence contained in the punishment for stoning. Because it is not in line with his whims or the whims of his imitators. Of this type is the book “Stoning the Adulterer - A Jewish Crime and a Slander against Islam” by its author: “Ghassan Al-Nabhan. When I read it، it sparked enthusiasm for defending the Sunnah of the Prophet، may God bless him and grant him peace، and I decided to refute his suspicions that he mentioned in this chapter and I conducted this research. So I began writing on this subject out of my desire to remove suspicions about these hadiths and prove that they do not contradict each other and that the difference in wording of the hadith does not affect the validity of the ruling. Among the results reached by the research: proving the validity of the pure Sunnah، proving the authenticity of the hadiths contained in the punishment of stoning the adulterer. | ||||
