Abstract | ||||
The study evaluated the impact of red beet root, rich in folic acid, antioxidants, and mineral salts, on improving G6PD enzyme levels and blood hemoglobin levels in white rats. The rats were divided into four groups, and G6PD deficiency was induced. Creatinine levels were elevated in all groups, and the antioxidant protective effect of beetroot and folic acid against favism was improved. | ||||
