| The research discusses the issue of disabled with special needs [mobility disability] inside and outside Cairo underground stations, especially The UNESCO estimates have published that the people with the mobility disability are about 75000000 persons in various Arab countries, and In Egypt, the number of mobility disability people reaches 2 million, according to the 2017 census of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics. this problem is an essential part of the daily life of many people with mobility impairment In many times, people with special needs face several difficulties in this, the lack of indicative signs, the presence of commercial advertisements located next to the indicative signs, Which causes a lack of vision for people with special needs and the absence of elevators in some stations of the first line. The research has summed up a comparison between the Egyptian code 601 and the European criterion [standards] of disabled with special needs at the underground stations and railway lines. A special code for disabled was extracted [debriefed] by the researcher that could be used at the underground stations. The new code has already applied on modifying SHOBRA El kheima underground station, to suit the disabled people's needs and requirements at the station يناقش البحث قضية حركة ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة ( المعاقين حركياً ) داخل وخارج محطات مترو انفاق القاهرة وخاصة ان تعداد المعاقين حركياً يصل الى 7500000 شخص في مختلف البلدان العربية حسب ما نشرت منظمة اليونسكو وفى مصر يصل عدد المعاقين حركياً 2مليون شخص حسب تعداد الجهاز المركزى للتعبئة العامة والاحصاء عام 2017 وهذه المشكلة جزء أساسي من الحياة اليومية للعديد من الاشخاص ذوى الاعاقة الحركية وفي كثير من الأحيان يواجه ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة عدة صعوبات من قلة العلامات الارشادية وتواجد الاعلانات التجارية بجوار العلامات الارشادية مما يسبب عدم رؤية لذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة وعدم وجود مصاعد فى بعض محطات الخط الاول. وقد خلص البحث الى عمل مقارنة بين الكود المصرى 601 والمعايير الاوروبية لذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة فى محطات المترو والسكة الحديد وتم استخلاص من المقارنة اقتراح كود خاص بالمعاقين لمحطات مترو الانفاق من قبل الباحث وتم تطبيق الكود الجديد على تعديل محطة مترو شبرا الخيمة ليناسب احتياجات ومتطلبات ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمحطة. | ||||
