Objectives: The This page is structured to provide a comprehensive overview of Psoriasis , including its causes, symptoms, and treatment options. Setting the Scene: Between two and three percent of the world's population suffers with Psoriasis , a persis tent autoimmune dis order. Characteris tic characteris tics of psoriatic patients include angiogenesis , immunological dysfunction, and epidermal hyperproliferation. Various processes have been proposed to be involved in the pathogenesis of Psoriasis , however the exact process remains unknown. Data Sources: Studies that examined the pathogenesis , clinical presentation, and the rapy of Psoriasis up to the year 2024 were located via a search and study of the Medline databases [Pub Med and Medscape]. Research Prioritis ation: The inclusion of all research was determined by separate evaluations. Inclusion was contingent upon the m meeting the following requirements: 1. The language of writing and publication is Englis h. 2. Featured in journals that undergo a rigorous peer review process.3. Go over the causes, symptoms, and treatments of Psoriasis again. Data Extraction: Studies were omitted from consideration if the y faIL ed to meet the inclusion criteria. Ethical permis sion, clear eligibIL ity criteria, suitable controls, sufficient information, and well-defined evaluation measures were all variables in determining the study's quality. We used a data collecting form to independently extract information relevant to our research results from all qualifying studies. In summary: Skin inflammation manifests as Psoriasis . More and more treatment options have emerged as a result of advances in our knowledge . | ||||
