| Abstract | ||
| The opportunities for applying and implementing the renewable energy technology industry program in Egypt depend largely on overcoming the obstacles and challenges facing it. The main goal of studying renewable energy in Egypt is to provide an incentive to use renewable energies in order to reduce our needs for conventional types of energy, preserve the environment, and enhance the establishment of the local industry for renewable energy technologies in Egypt, which will encourage investment in electricity production systems in Egypt and support research and development operations in implementing renewable energy programs. The research problem is represented in the failure to activate the manufacture and use of renewable energy technologies in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the required and sufficient manner to cover its energy needs and reduce the percentage of its need for traditional energy sources and preserve the environment, and the lack of sufficient information and research studies necessary to understand the status of renewable energy in Egypt and its needs for continuous development in order to fully shift towards renewable energies naturally available in it, and the shortcomings and weakness of implementation mechanisms to make the most of renewable energies in Egypt. The research aims to activate the manufacture of renewable energy technologies in the Egyptian market in a serious and tangible manner to benefit from them in generating renewable energy and covering its needs without harming the environment. It also aims to: know and study the status of renewable energy in Egypt closely, present the strategies followed to shift towards the local industry of renewable energy technologies, present the appropriate procedures to remove obstacles in the way of applying renewable energy technologies in the Egyptian market, present local and international experiences in investing in the field of renewable energy. The research discusses the state's strategies and policies towards the use of new and renewable energy in Egypt. Through the theoretical study, first, of the status of traditional energy in Egypt, and a presentation of the most important strategic reasons for the trend towards the use of renewable energy and what are the positive returns of its use, then identifying the locations and sources of renewable energy in Egypt and studying them. Secondly, the analytical study comes to identify the most important renewable energy technologies manufactured in Egypt at the local level, and the state's strategies for the optimal exploitation of renewable energy in Egypt, and the state's laws and legislations related to the use of renewable energy as well as the mechanisms for transformation to activate these technologies in the renewable energy sector in Egypt. Thirdly, the applied study, where the research monitors and analyzes Egyptian initiatives in the field of renewable energy as a local applied example for investment and saving energy consumption, as well as a presentation of one of the leading global experiences in the field of global renewable energy. The research concludes by monitoring the amount of electricity provided by Egyptian projects implemented with wind energy, which has a capacity of more than 1000 megawatts, and that the electricity provided by Egyptian projects implemented with solar energy has a capacity of more than 300 megawatts, and that what can be produced from electricity from solar energy and wind energy is much greater than that due to the large amount of solar radiation and the increase in wind speed in the location of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the activity of wind speed in several areas in Egypt such as the Gulf of Suez and the areas east and west of the Nile. تعتمد فرص تطبيق وتنفيذ برنامج صناعة تقنيات الطاقات المتجددة في مصر بدرجة كبيرة على التغلب على المعوقات والتحديات التى تواجهها ، والهدف الاساسي من دراسة الطاقة المتجددة في مصر اعطاء حافز لاستخدام طاقات متجددة من اجل خفض احتياجاتنا من انواع الطاقة المعتادة ،والحفاظ على البيئة، و تعزيز قيام الصناعة المحلية لتقنيات الطاقات المتجددة في مصر مما سيؤدي الى تشجيع الاستثمار في نظم انتاج الكهرباء في مصر ودعم عمليات البحوث والتطوير في تنفيذ برامج الطاقة المتجددة . تتمثل المشكلة البحثية في عدم تفعيل تصنيع واستخدام تقنيات الطاقات المتجددة في جمهورية مصر العربية بالصوة المطلوبة والكافية لتغطية احتياجاتها من الطاقة وخفض نسبة احتياجها لمصادر الطاقة التقليدية والمحافظة على البيئة،و نقص المعلومات الكافية والدراسات البحثية اللازمة للالمام بوضع الطاقة المتجددة في مصر وحاجاتها الى التطوير المستمر من أجل التحول الكامل نحو الطاقات المتجددة المتوفرة بها طبيعيا، وقصور وضعف اليات التنفيذ للاستفادة القصوي من الطاقات المتجددة في مصر . يهدف البحث إلى تفعيل تصنيع تقنيات الطاقات المتجددة في السوق المصري بشكل جاد وملموس للاستفادة منها في توليد الطاقة المتجددة وتغطية احتياجاتها بما لا يضر البيئة ، كما يهدف إلى: معرفة ودراسة وضع الطاقات المتجددة لمصر عن قرب ,عرض الاستراتيجيات المتبعة للتحول نحو الصناعة المحلية لتقنيات الطاقات المتجددة ،عرض الاجراءات المناسبة لازالة العوائق في طريق تطبيق تقنيات الطاقات المتجددة في السوق المصري ،عرض تجارب محلية وعالمية للاستثمار في مجال الطاقات المتجددة . يناقش البحث إستراتيجيات وسياسات الدولة نحوإستخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة في مصر.من خلال الدراسة النظرية أولا لوضع الطاقة ال تقليدية في مصر ، وعرض لاهم الأسباب الإستراتيجية للتوجه نحو إستخدام الطاقات المتجددة وماهي المردودات الإيجابية لإستخدامها ، ثم تحديد لاماكن ومصادر الطاقات المتجددة في مصر ودراستها ،ثانيا تأتي الدراسة التحليلية بالتعرف على اهم تقنيات الطاقات المتجددة المصنعة في مصر على المستوي المحلي ،وإستراتيجيات الدولة من أجل الاستغلال الأمثل للطاقة المتجددة في مصر ،و قوانين الدولة والتشريعات الخاصة بإستخدام الطاقات المتجددة وكذلك آليات التحول لتفعيل هذه التقنيات في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة في مصر ،ثالثا الدراسة التطبيقية حيث يقوم البحث برصد وتحليل المبادرات المصرية في مجال الطاقات المتجددة كمثال محلي تطبيقي للاستثمار وتوفير استهلاك الطاقات وكذلك عرض لأحد التجارب العالمية الرائدة في مجال الطاقة المتجددة العالمية. يخلص البحث برصد لكمية الكهرباء التي توفرها المشروعات المصرية المنفذة بطاقة الرياح وهي بقدرة تزيد عن 1000 ميجاوات ، وان ماتوفر المشروعات المصرية المنفذة بالطاقة الشمسية من الكهرباء بقدرة تزيد عن 300 ميجاوات وان مايمكن انتاجه من كهرباء من الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح هو اكبر من ذلك بكثير نظرا لكبر كمية الاسطاع الشمسي وزيادة سرعة الرياح على موقع جمهورية مصر العربية ، وكذلك نشاط سرعة الرياح في عدة مناطق في مصر مثل خليج السويس و مناطق شرق وغرب النيل. | ||
