| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود، والتوصل إلى التحديات التي تواجهه، وكذلك المقترحات لتطويره، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، عند مستوى الدلالة (٠,٠٥) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة، حول واقع دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، التخصص الأكاديمي)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الملك سعود والبالغ عددهم (6524)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (341) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الملك سعود. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك دور مرتفع للاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود جاء بدرجة مرتفعة جداً، وأبرز هذه الأدوار يتمثل في (يساهم الاقتصاد المعرفي في تعزيز مكانة الجامعة عالمياَ، ويساهم الاقتصاد المعرفي في مواكبة نتائج الأبحاث والدراسات العالمية)، كما توصلت إلى وجود تحديات تواجه الاقتصاد المعرفي في جامعة الملك سعود، والتي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وتتمثل في (دور الأساليب الإدارية السلبي في تدني مستوى الاقتصاد المعرفي، التكلفة العالية للأدوات التكنولوجية والأجهزة الحديثة، هناك اتجاهات سلبية من بعض الأفراد حول الإيمان بدور الاقتصاد المعرفي، ضعف الدافعية الذاتية لإنتاج ونشر المعرفة)، كذلك أظهرت النتائج موافقة مرتفعة جداً لمقترحات تطوير الاقتصاد المعرفي في جامعة الملك سعود، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول (واقع دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود) باختلاف متغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) فأقل في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول (التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود) باختلاف متغير الجنس لصالح فئة الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول (المقترحات لتطوير الاقتصاد المعرفي في جامعة الملك سعود) باختلاف متغير الجنس لصالح فئة الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول (واقع دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود، وحول التحديات اتي تواجه الاقتصاد المعرفي في تطوير جامعة الملك سعود، وكذلك المقترحات لتطوير الاقتصاد المعرفي في جامعة الملك سعود) باختلاف متغير التخصص الأكاديمي. The study aimed to identify the current role of the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University, the challenges it faces, and the proposals for its development. It also aimed to reveal statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average responses of the sample members regarding the reality of the role of the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University attributed to the variables of (gender, academic specialization). The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study was applied to (6524) faculty members at King Saud University, and the study sample consisted of (341) faculty members at King Saud University. The study found that the knowledge economy has a significant role in the development of King Saud University. The most prominent roles include (the knowledge economy contribution to enhancing the university's global position, and the knowledge economy contribution to keeping up with the results of global research and studies). It also found that there are challenges facing the knowledge economy at King Saud University, represented in (the negative role of administrative methods in lowering the level of the knowledge economy, the high cost of technological tools and modern devices, negative attitudes from some individuals about believing in the role of the knowledge economy, and the lack of self-motivation to produce and disseminate knowledge). The results also showed very high agreement on the proposals for developing the knowledge economy at King Saud University. Additionally, the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) or less in the responses of the study members regarding (the reality of the role of the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University) by gender variable, and statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) or less in the responses of the study members regarding (the challenges facing the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University) by gender variable in favor of males, and statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) or less in the responses of the study members regarding (the proposals for developing the knowledge economy at King Saud University) by gender variable in favor of females, and no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) or less in the responses of the study members regarding (the reality of the role of the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University, the challenges facing the knowledge economy in the development of King Saud University, and the proposals for developing the knowledge economy at King Saud University) by academic specialization variable. | ||||
