| Abstract | ||||
| هذه الدراسة تهتم ببحث جريمة الإتجار بالبشر بشكل عام، كما تهتم بشكل دقيق بجريمة الإتجار بالبشر الواقعة على أصحاب الهمم (ذوي الإعاقة)، وذلك من أجل تبيان هذه الجريمة وأركانها عندما يكون المجني عليها فيها من أصحاب الهمم، وكذلك تبيان العقوبة المقررة في هذه الحالة. ونناقش هذه الجريمة في كل ما سبق في التشريع العماني والتشريع المصري وأخيراً في التشريع الإماراتي. وكل ذلك من أجل تبيان هذه الجريمة بكل عناصرها في كل تشريع وكذلك العقوبة المقررة لها. وتبيان كذلك، هل هناك فارق بين التشريعات محل الدراسة فيما يتعلق بشروط قيام الجريمة وأيضاً في العقوبة المقررة لها أم لا؟ وأخيراً الإشارة إلى بعض النتائج والتوصيات المتعلقة بهذه الدراسة. Abstract: This study is concerned with examining the crime of human trafficking in general, and it is particularly concerned with the crime of human trafficking that occurs to people of determination (Zoe Disability), in order to clarify this crime and its pillars when the victim is a person of determination, as well as to clarify the punishment prescribed in this case. We discuss this crime in all of the foregoing in Omani legislation, Egyptian legislation, Emirati legislation. And all of this in order to clarify this crime with all its elements in each of the above legislation, as well as the punishment prescribed for it. And also, is there a difference between the legislation under study with regard to the conditions for this crime and also in the punishment prescribed for it or not? | ||||
