| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث التزامات الزوج المالية تجاه مطلقته وأطفاله بعد الطلاق في مصر خلال العصر الروماني، في ضوء الوثائق البردية خاصة عقود الزواج والطلاق، حيث كانت هذه الالتزامات جزءًا مهمًا من العلاقات الأسرية والتنظيم الاجتماعي في تلك الفترة. وشملت المسؤوليات المالية توفير النفقة اللازمة لضمان حياة كريمة لمطلقته والأطفال، سواء كانت على شكل مبالغ مالية أو موارد عينية كالغذاء والملبس. كما تضمنت هذه الالتزامات تأمين احتياجات الأطفال الأساسية مثل السكن، والتعليم، والرعاية الصحية، لضمان استقرار حياتهم حتى بعد الطلاق. الكلمات الدالة: مصر الرومانية، التزامات مالية، النفقة، مطلقة، الزوج، الأطفال، الطلاق، مرضعة. Abstract: The Husband's Financial Obligations After Divorce In Egypt During The Roman Era. This research deals with the husband's financial obligations toward his x-wife and children after divorce in Egypt During The Roman Era, In the light of papyri, especially marriage and divorce contracts, as these obligations were an important part of family relationships and social organization at that time.These financial responsibilities included providing the necessary maintenance to ensure a decent life for the x-wife and children, whether in the form of financial sums or in-kind resources such as food and clothing. Even more than that, these obligations also including the children's basic needs such as housing, education, healthcare, and upbringing, to ensure the stability of their lives even after divorce.
