| Abstract | ||||
| The Tibetan people have a rich and profound religious life, deeply rooted in their culture and traditions. Religion plays a central role In shaping their worldview, values, and daily practIces. Tibetan Buddhism Is the predominant faith, influencing not only spiritual beliefs but also art, social structure, and environmental consciousness. Additionally, Bon, the indigenous religion of Tibet, retains a significant influence, contributing to the diversity of religious practices in the region.This study explores the origins, practices, and Impact of religion on the Tibetan people’s lives. By examining their spiritual traditions, festivals, and rituals, the research highlights how religion serves as a cornerstone of Tibetan identity and a source of cohesion In their communities. | ||||
