| المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور الإدارة المدرسية في تهيئة البيئة التعليمية لتعزيز التعليم متعدد الثقافات في المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة خميس مشيط بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداتها في استبانة تكونت من أربعة محاور، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (363) مديرة مدرسة ومعلمة من مدارس المناطق الحضرية والريفية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الابتدائية تؤدي دورها بدرجة عالية في تهيئة البيئة التعليمية لتعزيز التعليم متعدد الثقافات، وذلك في المحاور الفرعية الأربعة (السياسات التربوية، تصميم البرامج والأنشطة، الدعم والتطوير المنهي للمعلمات، والتفاعل المجتمعي والشراكات)، وفي الدرجة الكلية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في تقدير دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز التعليم متعدد الثقافات تعزى لاختلاف موقع المدرسة لصالح المدارس الواقعة في القرى، ووجود فروق في محوري السياسات التربوية، والتفاعل المجتمعي والشراكات، تعزى لاختلاف الوظيفة، لصالح مديرات المدارس. كذلك وجدت فروق في محور الدعم والتطوير المهني للمعلمات تعزى لاختلاف تصنيف المدرسة، وذلك لصالح المدارس الحكومية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنوع الثقافي، الإدارة المدرسية، البيئة التعليمية، السياسات التربوية، الشراكة المجتمعية. the role of school administration in creating an educational environment that enhances multicultural education in primary schools in Saudi Arabia Salwa Mubarak Mohammed Al-Shahrani Department of Educational Leadership and Policy, College of Education, King Khalid University Email: 00salwa0@gmail.com Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in creating an educational environment that enhances multicultural education in primary schools in Khamis Mushait Governorate, Saudi Arabia. The study adopted a descriptive methodology and utilized a questionnaire comprising four dimensions as its tool. The questionnaire was administered to a simple random sample of 363 female principals and teachers from schools in both urban and rural areas of the governorate. The findings revealed that school administration in primary schools plays a significant role in preparing the educational environment to promote multicultural education across the four sub-dimensions: educational policies, program and activity design, professional support and development for teachers, and community interaction and partnerships, as well as in the overall assessment. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the school administration's role in promoting multicultural education attributed to the school's location, with rural schools being favored. Additionally, differences were found in the dimensions of educational policies and community interaction and partnerships based on job roles, favoring school principals. Moreover, differences in the dimension of professional support and development for teachers were attributed to school classification, favoring public schools.
