Abstract | ||||
استهدف البحث تناول الأحكام الفقھیة الواردة في الآیة الكریمة من خلال ما ذكره الإمام النووي رحمه الله تعالى في كتابه المجموع، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة وسبع مسائل، وخاتمة ،أما المقدمة فذكرت فيها حدود البحث وأهميتة وهيكله البحث والمنهج المتبع فيه. وأما المسائل: فالمسألة الأولى: حكم النجاسة القليلة التي لا يدركها الطرف إذا وقعت في الماء أو الثوب، والمسألة الثانية: الماء القليل إذا شربت منه هرة بعد أكلها للنجاسة، والمسألة الثالثة: إعادة الصلاة على المريض المتيمم بعد البرء، والمسألة الرابعة: حكم يسير دم البراغيث والقمل ونحوهما، والمسألة الخامسة: سقوط الجماعة بعذر المرض، والمسألة السادسة: إقامة أكثر من جمعة في بلد واحد، والمسألة السابعة: إفطار الشيخ الكبير والمريض الذي لا يرجى برؤه، وأما الخاتمة فذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي خلصت إليها، ومنها: أن الاهتمام بآيات الأحكام، فيه ربط طلاب العلم بالقرآن، وضرورة العودة إليه في جميع شؤون الحياة، والاستنباط منه، إذ فيه تفصيل كل شيء، كما أن العلم بآيات الأحكام هي الطريق لمعرفة ما شرعه الله ، فبها نعرف الأحكام الشرعية من حلال وحرام، ومستحب، ومكروه؛ لنعبد الله على بصيرة، وندعو إلى سبيله على بينة. Abstract: This research aims to explore the legal rulings contained in the noble verse through what Imam al-Nawawi, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned in his book "Al-Majmu‘" The study is organized into an introduction, seven issues, and a conclusion The introduction outlines the scope of the research, its importance, its structure, and the methodology used As for the issues: the first issue: The ruling on minor impurities that are not perceptible by sight when they fall in water or on clothing the second issue: The ruling on a small amount of water if a cat drinks from it after eating something impure the third issue: The ruling on repeating prayer for a sick person who performed tayammum after recovery the fourth issue: The ruling on the small amount of blood from fleas, lice, and similar creatures the fifth issue: The exemption from congregational prayer due to illness the sixth issue: The permissibility of holding more than one Friday prayer in a single town the seventh issue: The fasting exemption for elderly people and patients who are not expected to recover The conclusion summarizes the main findings, including the importance of focusing on the verses of rulings, which connects students of knowledge to the Qur'an It emphasizes the necessity of returning to the Qur'an in all matters of life and deriving legal rulings from it, as it contains the details of everything Furthermore, understanding the verses of rulings is the way to learn what Allah has legislated, distinguishing between what is lawful, forbidden, recommended, and disliked, so that we may worship Allah with knowledge and invite others to His path with clear evidence. | ||||
