| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور برنامج التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي في تطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات الرياضيات من خلال الكشف عن درجة توافر معايير برنامج التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي في الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات الرياضيات والتعرف على التحديات التي واجهتهن. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج المختلط بتصميمه التفسيري المتسلسل. واستخدمت الدراسة بطاقة الملاحظة الصفية المعتمدة من هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب (2023) كأداة لجمع البيانات الكمية من مجموعة الدراسة المكونة من (44) معلمة من معلمات الرياضيات في المراحل الدراسية الثلاث: (ابتدائية، ومتوسطة، وثانوية) واللاتي يعملن في إدارات التعليم في (مكة المكرمة، وجدة، والطائف)، والمقابلة شبه المقننة كأداة لجمع البيانات النوعية من المشاركات في الدراسة اللاتي بلغ عددهن (18) معلمة من معلمات الرياضيات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة الكمية إلى أن مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات الرياضيات في ضوء برنامج التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي جاء بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.48). كما أشارت النتائج الكمية إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستويات الأداء التدريسي للمعلمات تعزى لمتغيري المرحلة الدراسية أو إدارة التعليم التابعة لها المعلمة؛ في حين اتفقت هذه النتائج مع نتائج الدراسة النوعية في مستوى الأداء التدريسي للمعلمات وبررت المشاركات ذلك في ضعف التجهيزات التقنية والافتقار للبرامج التدريبية التطبيقية. وذكرت المشاركات أن أهم التحديات التي واجهتهن خلال فترة التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي تمثلت في ضعف البنية التحتية للبيئة المدرسية، وكثرة الأعباء الإدارية والتعليمية على معلمة الرياضيات، والقلق النفسي المصاحب لفترة التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تنظيم دورات تدريبية نوعية لمعلمات الرياضيات لتلبية متطلبات برنامج التقويم، ودعم البيئة المدرسية بالتجهيزات الفنية اللازمة لتوظيف التقنية في العملية التعليمية، وتخفيف العبء التدريسي والإداري على معلمات الرياضيات. The current study aimed to identify the role of the school evaluation and accreditation program in developing the teaching performance of female mathematics teachers and the challenges they faced. The study followed a mixed method approach with an explanatory sequential design. The study used the classroom observation card approved by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (2023) to collect quantitative data and the semi-structured interview to collect qualitative data. The study quantitative group consisting of (44) female mathematics teachers in the three educational levels: (primary, middle, and secondary) who work in the education departments in (Makkah, Jeddah, and Taif), whereas, the qualitative sample were (18) participants from female mathematics teachers. The quantitative results of the study indicated that the level of teaching performance of mathematics teachers in light of the school evaluation and accreditation program was (medium) with an average of (2.48). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the levels of teaching performance of female teachers due to the variables of the academic stage and the education department the teacher belonged to. These results agreed with the qualitative results of the study regarding the level of teaching performance of female teachers, and the participants justified this in the weakness of technical equipment and the lack of applied training programs. The participants stated that the most obstacles they faced during the program period were the weak infrastructure of the school environment, the large administrative and educational burdens, and the psychological anxiety accompanying the program. The study recommended organizing specific training courses for mathematics teachers to meet the requirements of the evaluation program, supporting the school environment with the necessary technical equipment, and reducing the burdens on mathematics teachers. | ||||
