| Abstract | ||||
| تكلمت في هذا البحث عن حكم الخفاض الفرعوني في الشرع الاسلامي مستدلا على حكمه من الكتاب والسنة وكذلك أقوال العلماء . بدأت اولا بتعريف الخفاض الفرعوني بعد المقدمة وبيان أهمية الموضوع وقسمت بحثي الى ثلاثة فصول وقسمت الفصول الى مباحث على نحوي ما يلي : الفصل الأول: وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: تعريف الخفاض الفرعوني. المبحث الثاني: تاريخ الخفاض الفرعوني وأنواعه ونظائره. المبحث الثالث: الدوافع والأسباب لخلوده وانتشاره. الفصل الثاني: وفيه مبحثان: المبحث الأول: أضرار الخفاض الفرعوني الصحية. المبحث الثاني: الخفاض الفرعوني سهم على العقل والاقتصاد والاجتماع. الفصل الثالث: وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: حكم الخفاض الفرعوني في الشرع الإسلامي. المبحث الثاني: البديل الأمثل ـ ختان السنة. ثم خلصت الدراسة الى ذكر أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها .: In this research, I spoke about the ruling of the Pharaonic Khafd in Islamic law, inferring its ruling from the Qur’an and Sunnah, as well as the sayings of scholars. I first began by defining the Pharaonic dynasty after the introduction and explaining the importance of the topic. I divided my research into three chapters and divided the chapters into sections as follows: Chapter One: It contains three sections: The first topic: Definition of the Pharaonic hypocrisy. The second topic: The history of the Pharaonic plate, its types and counterparts. The third topic: Motives and reasons for its immortality and spread. Chapter Two: It contains two sections: The first section: The health effects of the Pharaonic necklace. The second topic: The Pharaonic myth is an arrow on reason, economics, and society. Chapter Three: It contains three sections: The first topic: The ruling on the Pharaonic cloak in Islamic law. The second topic: The ideal alternative - Sunnah circumcision. Then the study concluded by mentioning the most important results it reached. | ||||
