| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد درجة العلاقة بين تطبيق أولياء الأمور لحقوق الأطفال وحماية أطفالهم من الإساءة في مدينتي مكة وجدة، والتعرف على أشكال الإساءة السائدة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة، والتحقق من وجود فروق بين متوسطات تطبيق حقوق الأطفال لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي تعزى إلى المتغيرات التالية: الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي والاقتصادي، ونوع الطفل إذّ كان طفلًا عاديًا أو ذوي إعاقة، وعدد الأطفال، وأيضًا الكشف عن الفروق في درجات الإساءة بين أفراد العينة وفقًا للمتغيرات التالية: الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي والاقتصادي، ونوع الطفل إذّ كان طفلًا عاديًا أو ذوي إعاقة، وعدد الأطفال، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام مقياس حقوق الطفل من إعداد الباحثة ومقياس الإساءة للطفل من إعداد الباحثة، على عينة مكونة من (276) من أولياء الأمور بمدينتي مكة وجدة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بدرجة متوسطة بين درجة تطبيق حقوق الطفل ومستوى الإساءة إليه، أي أنه كلما زادت درجة تطبيق حقوق الطفل قل مستوى الإساءة إليه، بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات حقوق الطفل والإساءة إليه تعزى لمتغير عدد الأطفال، أو المستوى التعليمي والاقتصادي، أو عمر أولياء الأمور، وكان هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات حقوق الطفل والإساءة إليه تبعًا لمتغير نوع الطفل إذ كان طفل عادي أو ذوي إعاقة، وأيضًا كان هنالك فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس وكانت لصالح الذكور في تطبيق حقوق الطفل، وأيضًا في مستوى الإساءة للطفل، وكانت هنالك فروق تبعًالمتغير المدينة في متوسط درجات الإساءة ولصالح مدينة جدة، عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وعليه أتت أبرز التوصيات التالية: التأكيد على أهمية حصول الطفل على حقوقه كاملة دون تمييز لأي سبب كان، إقامة الورش والدورات التدريبية التوعوية عن أهمية تطبيق حقوق الطفل، بذل المزيد من الجهود المعنية بحماية الطفل من الإساءة إليه، عمل الورش والدورات التثقيفية التي تساهم في جعل أولياء الأمور يتخلصون من انفعالاتهم وضغوطهم بطريقة صحيحة. The current study aimed to determine the degree of relationship between Guardians application of children's rights and the protection of their children from abuse in the cities of Mecca and Jeddah, and to identify the forms of abuse prevailing among the members of the study sample, and to verify the existence of differences between the average application of children's rights among the members of the study sample, which are attributed to the following variables: gender, age, educational and economic level, gender of the child if he is a normal child or with disabilities, the number of children, as well as detecting differences in the degrees of abuse Among the sample members according to the following variables: gender, age, educational and economic level, and the type of child if he was a normal child or with disabilities, the number of children, and the study followed the descriptive approach and the child rights scale was used prepared by the researcher and the child abuse scale prepared by the researcher, on a sample consisting of (276) parents in the cities of Mecca and Jeddah, and the results of the study found an inverse correlation to a medium degree between the degree of application of children's rights and the level of abuse to him, that is, whenever The degree of application of the rights of the child increased and the level of abuse decreased, while there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the rights of the child and the abuse of him due to the variable of the number of children, social status, educational and economic level, or the age of parents, and there were statistically significant differences between the averages of children's rights and abuse according to the variable of the type of child if he was a normal child or with a disability, and also there were differences due to the gender variable and were in favor of males in the application of children's rights. And also in the level of child abuse, and there were differences following the city variable in the average degrees of abuse and in favor of the city of Jeddah, at the level of significance (0.01), and therefore the following most prominent recommendations came: Emphasizing the importance of the child obtaining his full rights without discrimination for any reason, Holding workshops and awareness training courses on the importance of implementing children's rights, Making more efforts to protect children from abuse, Conducting workshops and educational courses that contribute to making parents get rid of their emotions and pressures in a way Correct. | ||
